چکیده
این مقاله با عنوان« بررسی چرایی و کیفیت حرمت شراب و نوشیدنی های الکلی در پاسخ به کتاب نقد قرآن» تهیه شده است. نویسنده کتاب با ایراد پنج شبهه، خواسته است قانون حرمت شراب را در اسلام به چالش بکشاند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد اولاً شراب در ادیان الهی یهودیت و مسیحیت نیز حرام است و این مطلب در آیات مختلف کتاب مقدس مشاهده می شود، ثانیاً بنابر تحقیقات پزشکی جدید نوشیدن شراب چه کم چه زیاد، در ارگان های مختلف بدن، به خصوص مغز و اعصاب و گوارش، صدمات جبران ناپذیری به جا می گذارد و سندروم الکلی جنین که طیف وسیعی از اختلالات بدنی و ناهنجاری های عقلی و اسکلتی است، برای جنین ایجاد می شود. ثالثاً برای ممانعت از ایجاد صدمات مختلف به جامعه انسانی و نسل او، برای شرابخواری در عهدین و اسلام مجازات شدید در نظر گرفته شده که در تورات سنگسار و در اسلام، دو بار اول هشتاد ضربه تازیانه و در بار سوم قتل شرابخوار دستور داده شده است. رابعاً نه تنها شراب، بلکه هر ماده ای که عقل انسان را بپوشاند در اسلام حرام اعلام شده، و خامساً رهبرطالبان در افغانستان چه در بدو ظهور این گروه و چه اکنون که حاکمان این کشور هستند، استعمال و تجارت هر گونه مواد مخدر و شراب را ممنوع اعلام کرده است. نوع مقاله از سری مقالات بنیادی که نتیجه آن بهبود برنامه ریزی جامعه انسانی است و رویکرد آن توصیفی تحلیلی و روش آن کتابخانه ای می باشد.Investigating the reason and quality of sanctity of wine and alcoholic beverages in response to the book of Qur'an criticism
