چکیده
مقاله حاضر به بررسی مسئولیت حاکمیت، نسبت به تأثیرات تهاجم فرهنگی و تبلیغات غربی بر حجاب و الگوی زن مسلمان می پردازد. در شرایط کنونی، با توجه به تلاش های مستمر برای ترویج بی حجابی و تخریب الگوی مطلوب زن مسلمان، ضرورت توجه به این موضوع، بیش از پیش احساس می شود. بی توجهی به وضعیت موجود و عدم پیگیری از سوی مردم و حکومت می تواند منجر به گسترش بی عفتی، تضعیف نهاد خانواده و از بین رفتن الگوی اسلامی شود. این پژوهش، با بهره گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که مسئولیت حاکمیت در امر حجاب با توجه به الگوی سوم زن مسلمان از منظر آیات و روایات چیست و بر این نکته تاکید دارد که مسئولیت حاکمیت، فراتر از یک مسئله فردی و اجتماعی، می باشد. یافته های تحقیق، نشان می دهد که حکومت اسلامی باید با اتخاذ سیاست های فرهنگی جامع و هوشمندانه، زمینه های رشد و شکوفایی الگوی سوم زن مسلمان را فراهم آورد. نتایج این مطالعه بر اهمیت مسئولیت های فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی حاکمیت تأکید دارد و بیان می کند که تحقق الگوی سوم زن مسلمان، نیازمند همکاری ملی و تلاش همه دستگاه های حکومتی است. با ایفای نقش محوری حکومت در این زمینه، می توان به حفظ هویت اسلامی جامعه و تقویت بنیان های خانواده کمک نمود.The Responsibility of Governance in the Matter of Hijab: Emphasizing the Third Model of the Muslim Woman Drawing upon Quranic Verses and Islamic Narrations
In the current study, persistent efforts to promote immodesty (bihijabi) and undermine the ideal model of the Muslim woman have intensified the urgency of addressing this issue. Neglecting the existing challenges and lack of proactive measures by both the public and the government could lead to moral decline, weaken the institution of the family, and erode the Islamic identity of women. This study employs a descriptive-analytical method and draws upon library resources to answer the central question: What is the responsibility of governance regarding hijab and the "third model of the Muslim woman" from the perspective of Quranic verses and Islamic narrations? The research emphasizes that governmental responsibility transcends individual and social concerns, encompassing broader cultural, legal, and ideological dimensions. Findings reveal that the Islamic government must adopt comprehensive and intelligent cultural policies to create an environment conducive to the growth and flourishing of the "third model of the Muslim woman." The results highlight the critical role of governance in fulfilling cultural, economic, and political responsibilities, asserting that realizing this model requires national cooperation and the collective effort of all governmental institutions. By playing a pivotal role in this domain, governance can safeguard Islamic societal identity and strengthen the foundations of the family.
