چکیده
نویسنده این مقاله، دغدغه مند پرداختن بدین پرسش است که چرا تلاش های آموزشی حول ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و بهبود این حوزه، به ثبات و تعادل در روابط انسانی با افقی جهانی نمی انجامد. در نخستین گام، وی با اتکا به فهم از سازمان های آموزشی که در حوزه مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی تکوین یافته است، راهبرد های ممکن برای تغییر در فرهنگ و اقلیم مدرسه ای را مورد بحث و کنکاش قرار می دهد. در دومین گام ، نویسنده به مفهوم «تعادل» (با خوانش هانس-گئورگ گادامر) رجوع می کند و بر این مبنا، پیامدهای آن دسته از سیاست های آموزشی را برملا می سازد که امکان مناسبات گفت وگومحور میان ذی نفعان گوناگون تعلیم و تربیت را نادیده می انگارند. پیام اصلی این مقاله، تأکیدی است بر ایجاد فرصتی برای فهم متقابل در آموزش و قدرتی که این امر برای ترویج تعادلی در مقیاس جهانی دارد.Betterment of Education and Hope for Global Equilibrium
The author posts the question concerning the reasons why educational efforts focusing on the quality education and betterment of this field do not lead to the stability and balance in the human relationships understood globally. In the first step drawing on the understanding of educational organizations worked out in the field of management and educational leadership he discusses the possible strategies of a change in school culture and climate. In the second step he refers to the concept of equilibrium interpreted by Hans-Georg Gadamer and on this basis he reveals consequences of educational policies that miss the possibilities of dialogic relationships between different stakeholders of education. The main message of the text emphasises a chance for mutual understanding in education and its power to promote equilibrium worldwide.
