واکاوی مؤلفه های رشد جهت تدوین مقیاس دوره اول کودکی مبتنی بر منظومه رشد قرآنی

چکیده
نظریه ها و مدل های متعددی به تبیین ابعاد مختلف رشد و تحول انسان پرداخته اند، اما روان شناسی رشد همچنان نیازمند چارچوب های یکپارچه و جامع، به ویژه با رویکرد بومی و اسلامی است که بتواند ابعاد معنوی و وجودی انسان را نیز در نظر بگیرد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، استخراج و تبیین مؤلفه های اساسی رشد در دوره حساس و بنیادین اول کودکی است که مستقیماً از منظومه رشد قرآنی استنباط شده اند. این تحقیق درصدد آن است تا با ارائه این مؤلفه ها، مبنایی نظری و جامع برای ساخت اولیه یک مقیاس سنجش رشد با رویکرد اسلامی فراهم آورد و به این ترتیب، به خلأ نظری موجود در این حوزه پاسخ دهد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش کیفی پنل نخبگانی استفاده شد. در این فرآیند، ابتدا گزیده ای از آیات و مفاهیم قرآنی مرتبط با رشد انسان استخراج گردید. سپس، دیدگاه های تخصصی جمعی از صاحب نظران برجسته در دو حوزه علوم قرآنی و روان شناسی رشد، به صورت هدفمند و نظام مند جمع آوری و تحلیل شد. این فرآیند تعاملی با هدف دستیابی به اجماع بر روی مؤلفه های ضروری برای ساخت اولیه مقیاس رشد طراحی شد. رویکرد پنل نخبگانی این امکان را فراهم آورد تا ابعاد پنهان و تخصصی رشد از منظر قرآن به دقت شناسایی و تدوین گردند و از اعتبار و دقت علمی یافته ها اطمینان حاصل شود. براساس تحلیل عمیق مبانی قرآنی، پنج ویژگی اصلی به عنوان زیربنای رشد انسان در این دوره شناسایی شدند که عبارتند از: عواطف، نطق، کلام، حواس و قول. یافته های اصلی پژوهش نشان می دهد که در این منظومه، کلام به عنوان شاخص اصلی ارزیابی رشد در دوره اول کودکی عمل می کند؛ زیرا کیفیت، ساختار و محتوای آن به طور مستقیم بازتاب دهنده میزان رشد سایر مؤلفه ها، به ویژه رشد شناختی، هیجانی و اجتماعی است. به منظور ارزیابی دقیق این مؤلفه کلیدی، ساختار هفت مرحله ای کلام از لحن (مقدماتی ترین سطح) تا برانگیختن توجه (به عنوان عالی ترین غایت در این دوره) تدوین و ارائه شده است که ابزاری عملی برای سنجش مراحل رشد فراهم می آورد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که منظومه رشد قرآنی، ظرفیت نظری بالایی برای ارائه یک چارچوب جامع و یکپارچه در تبیین ابعاد مختلف رشد انسان از لحظه انعقاد نطفه تا مرگ دارد. این رویکرد می تواند خلأ نظریه های موجود در زمینه روان شناسی رشد را که اغلب فاقد ابعاد معنوی و فرهنگی هستند، به طور مؤثری پر کند. مؤلفه های استخراج شده در این پژوهش، گامی مهم و بنیادین در جهت توسعه ابزارهای سنجش بومی و متناسب با فرهنگ اسلامی در حوزه رشد کودک محسوب می شوند و راه را برای تحقیقات آتی و ساخت مقیاس های کاربردی در این زمینه هموار می سازند.Exploring the Components of Development for Designing an Early Childhood Scale Based on the Qur’anic Developmental Framework
Numerous theories and models have addressed various dimensions of human growth and development; however, developmental psychology still requires comprehensive and integrated frameworks, particularly with an indigenous and Islamic approach that can also encompass the spiritual and existential aspects of the human being. The primary aim of this study is to identify and explicate the essential components of development in the critical and foundational stage of early childhood, derived directly from the Qur’anic developmental framework. This research seeks to provide, through the presentation of these components, a theoretical and holistic foundation for the initial construction of a developmental assessment scale with an Islamic orientation, thereby addressing the existing theoretical gap in this field. To achieve this objective, the qualitative method of the expert panel was employed. In this process, a selection of Qur’anic verses and concepts related to human development was first extracted. Subsequently, the specialized perspectives of a group of prominent scholars in the two fields of Qur’anic studies and developmental psychology were purposefully and systematically gathered and analyzed. This interactive process was designed to achieve consensus on the essential components necessary for the initial construction of a developmental scale. The expert panel approach made it possible to accurately identify and formulate the implicit and specialized dimensions of development from the Qur’anic perspective and to ensure the scientific validity and accuracy of the findings. Based on an in-depth analysis of Qur’anic principles, five core features were identified as the foundations of human development in this period: emotions, speech, language, senses, and utterance. The main findings of the study indicate that within this framework, language functions as the principal indicator for assessing development in early childhood, since its quality, structure, and content directly reflect the degree of growth in other components, particularly cognitive, emotional, and social development. To accurately evaluate this key component, a seven-stage structure of language was developed and presented, ranging from intonation (the most preliminary level) to attention arousal (the highest aim in this stage), thus providing a practical tool for assessing stages of development. The results of this research demonstrate that the Qur’anic developmental framework possesses significant theoretical capacity to provide a comprehensive and integrated model for explaining various dimensions of human growth from conception to death. This approach can effectively fill the gaps of existing developmental psychology theories, which often neglect spiritual and cultural dimensions. The components identified in this study represent a fundamental step toward the development of indigenous assessment tools compatible with Islamic culture in the field of child development, paving the way for future research and the construction of practical measurement scales in this domain.
