چکیده
رفتار سرمایه گذاران حقیقی متاثر از خصوصیات رفتاری و چگونگی واکنش آنها در مواجه با رخدادهای مالی می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت تصمیمات اتخاذ شده در زمینه سرمایه گذاری مالی و رفتار هیجانی برخی از سرمایه گذاران نسبت به موج های خبری بازار در تصمیمات مالی خود؛ بررسی مدیریت رفتار هیجانی و تاثیر این مدیریت بر تصمیم گیری مالی پایدار سرمایهگذاران امری ضروریست. لذا هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی این موضوع بوده و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و روش مدل ساختاری و با بهرهگیری از نرم افزار SPSS و PLS-Smart به تجزیه و تحلیل آماری پرداخته شد. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از این است که مدیریت رفتار هیجانی بر تصمیم گیری مالی پایدار تاثیر مثبت داشته و میزان این تاثیر 585/0 است. لذا اگر به مدیریت رفتارهای هیجانی از طریق افزایش آگاهی سرمایه گذاران و گسترده تر کردن بازارگردانی های بازار سرمایه و آموزش حل مسئله درست به سرمایه گذاران پرداخته شود، میتوان شاهد افزایش تصمیمات سرمایه گذاری پایدار در بازار سرمایه بود.Impact of Emotional Behavior Management on Sustainable Financial Decision-Making in Iran's Capital Market
The behavior of real investors is affected by their behavioral characteristics and how they react to financial events. Considering the importance of the decisions made in the field of financial investment and also considering that some people act very emotionally in financial decisions and react strongly emotionally to a news or a market wave; Investigating emotional behavior management and the impact of this management on investors' sustainable financial decision-making is essential. Therefore, the aim of the current study is to investigate this issue and statistical analysis was done using questionnaire and structural model method and using SPSS and PLS-Smart software. The obtained results indicate that the management of emotional behavior has a positive effect on sustainable financial decision-making and the amount of this effect is 0.585. Therefore, if the management of emotional behaviors is addressed through increasing the awareness of investors and broadening the market management of the capital market and teaching investors the correct problem solving, we can witness an increase in sustainable investment decisions in the capital market.
