چکیده
سرمایه گذاری متغیری بسیار کلیدی در هر اقتصادی است، به طوری که بدون وجود سرمایه گذاری ، امکان رشد اقتصادی برای کشور وجود ندارد. اقتصاددانان در مورد اینکه سرمایه مهمترین عامل تولید است، اتفاق نظر ندارند، اما در مورد این که سرمایه یکی از نهاده های اصلی تولید است که ایجاد ارزش افزوده در بخش های مختلف را شدیدا تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد، اجماع دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر اولویت بندی سرمایه گذاری در بخش های صنعتی استان لرستان برای سرمایه گذاران دولتی می باشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت یک پژوهش ترکیبی است. در بخش کیفی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری در صنایع مختلف شناسایی شده و آنگاه در بخش کمی این عوامل رتبه بندی و همچنین با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی صنایع مختلف بر اساس این عوامل اولویت بندی شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که با توجه به وجود معادن زیاد سنگ در این استان، اولویت سرمایه گذاری برای بخش دولتی صنایع معدنی ، صنایع نفت و پتروشیمی و تولید سنگ می باشد. اولویت بندی سرمایه گذاری در بخش های صنعتی برای بخش دولتی می تواند باعث شود سرمایه گذاری های انجام شده توسط دولت در بخش های صنعتی را در راستای دستیابی به اهداف و معیارهای سرمایه گذاری های دولت هدایت شود.Prioritizing investment areas in the industrial sectors of Lorestan province from the government's perspective .
Investment is a very key variable in any economy, so that without investment, there is no possibility of economic growth for the country. Economists do not agree that capital is the most important factor of production, but they agree that capital is one of the main inputs of production that greatly affects the creation of added value in various sectors. The purpose of this study is to prioritize investment in industrial sectors of Lorestan province for government investors. The research is applied in terms of purpose and is a mixed research in terms of nature. In the qualitative part, the factors affecting investment in different industries were identified, and then in the quantitative part, these factors were ranked, and also, using the fuzzy TOPSIS method, different industries were prioritized based on these factors. The findings showed that due to the existence of many stone mines in this province, the investment priority for the public sector is in the mining industries, oil and petrochemical industries, and stone production. Prioritizing investment in industrial sectors for the public sector can help direct government investments in industrial sectors toward achieving government investment goals and criteria.
