چکیده
استاد مرتضی مطهری یکی از مهم ترین شخصت های تأثیرگذار فرهنگی دوران معاصر است. کنکاش در ابعاد شخصیت و منش تدریس و تحقیق این استاد محقق می تواند ابعادی از الگوی معلم تراز نظام تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی را ترسیم کند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، و با تکیه بر یادنامه هایی که مجموعه ای از خاطرات خانواده، شاگردان و دوستان استاد است و با مراجعه به برخی آثار قلمی ایشان انجام شده است. مطلوب نظام تربیتی اسلام و سند تحول، تربیت معلم هدایت گر و تأثیرگذار در همه ابعاد شخصیتی است. رسیدن به چنین هدفی مستلزم توجه خاص به رشد معنوی و حرفه ای معلمین است. برنامه ریزی این مهم مستلزم ارائه و معرفی الگوهای عملی است. شخصیت و آثار استاد مطهری نشان می دهد که او الگویی مناسب است که به دلیل نزدیکی به زمان حال، می توان با تحلیل ابعاد مختلف شخصیت وی، نکات برجسته ای را برای تربیت معلمین مورد بهره برداری عملی قرارداد. ویژگی های اخلاقی استاد مطهری در اخلاص و تقید به شریعت، به همراه نظم، صبوری، مهربانی و سعه صدر در کنار علم عمیق، ارائه کاربردی مطالب مطابق با نیاز مخاطب و رعایت ظرافت های تدریس جذاب، مهم ترین نکات منش آموزشی استاد است و در حوزه پژوهش، پیوستگی و عمق تحقیقات به همراه حریت و آزادگی قلم و جهت داری و مسئله محوری، مهم ترین اصول توفیق و موفقیت پژوهشگری و رمز ماندگاری آثار استاد مطهری است.Analysis and Explanation of the Teaching Characteristics of Professor Motahhari as a Model Teacher Aligned with the Fundamental Reform Document of Education

This descriptive-analytical study draws on memoirs from his family, students, and colleagues, as well as his written works. The Islamic educational system and the Fundamental Reform Document emphasize the cultivation of guiding and impactful teachers with holistic personal development. Achieving this goal requires focused attention on teachers’ spiritual and professional growth, necessitating practical role models. Professor Motahhari’s personality and works demonstrate his suitability as a model. By analyzing various dimensions of his character, salient points for teacher training can be practically applied. His ethical traits—such as sincerity, adherence to religious principles, discipline, patience, kindness, and open-mindedness—combined with profound knowledge, audience-tailored content delivery, and engaging teaching techniques define his educational ethos. In research, his success stemmed from depth, coherence, intellectual freedom, principled directionality, and problem-centricity, which underpin the enduring relevance of his works.
