بررسی تأثیر سیستم های اطلاعات حسابداری و نقش فناوری اطلاعات بر روی عملکرد سازمان های بخش عمومی(مورد مطالعه: بیمارستان های دولتی استان تهران)

چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر سیستم های اطلاعات حسابداری و نقش فناوری اطلاعات بر روی عملکرد سازمان های بخش عمومی(مورد مطالعه: بیمارستان های دولتی استان تهران) است. پژوهش مورد نظر در حوزه تحقیق های کاربردی می باشد. روش تحقیق: روش تحقیق با رویکردی پیماشی و کمی انجام شده و داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع آوری گردیده است. توزیع پرسشنامه در ۴۰ بیمارستان دولتی استان تهران در سال ۱۴۰۳ توزیع شده صورت پذیرفته است. حجم نمونه ۲۵۰ نفره از جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل افراد شاغل با پست های سازمانی شامل: مدیر و رئس بیمارستان، مدیر و کارشناس حسابداری و امور مالی و مدیر و کارشناس فناوری اطلاعات در بیمارستان های دولتی استان تهران که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده است. آلفای کرنباخ تمام سوال های پرسشنامه برابر 929/0 می باشد. آزمون آمار توصیفی و آزمون فرضیه های به وسیله نرم افزار ۲۶spss انجام گرفته است. یافته ها : نتایج نشان می دهد که عملکرد سازمانی بیمارستان های دولتی تهران تحت تأثیر مثبت سیستم های اطلاعات حسابداری قرار دارد. این نتایج همچنین نشان می دهد که فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد سازمانی بیمارستان های دولتی تهران دارد و تایید می شود که رابطه ای معنادار بین سیستم های اطلاعات حسابداری و فناوری اطلاعات با عملکرد سازمانی وجود دارد."Investigating the Impact of Accounting Information Systems and the Role of Information Technology on the Performance of Public Sector Organizations (Case Study: Public Hospitals in Tehran Province)"
Objective: The main aim of this research is to investigate the impact of accounting information systems and the role of information technology on the performance of public sector organizations (Case Study: Public Hospitals in Tehran Province). This study falls under the category of applied research. Research Method: The research employs a survey-based and quantitative approach, with data collected through a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed in 40 public hospitals in Tehran Province in the year 2024. A sample size of 250 individuals was randomly selected from the statistical population of the study, which includes individuals holding positions such as hospital directors, heads of hospitals, accounting and finance managers and experts, and IT managers and experts in public hospitals in Tehran Province. The Cronbach's alpha for all questionnaire items is 0.929. Descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS software version 26. Findings: The results indicate that the organizational performance of public hospitals in Tehran is positively influenced by accounting information systems. Additionally, the findings show that information technology has a positive impact on the organizational performance of public hospitals in Tehran, confirming a significant relationship between accounting information systems, information technology, and organizational performance.
