اثرات تغییر اقلیم و پیشرفت تکنولوژی بر رشد اقتصادی در منتخبی از کشور های درحال توسعه

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی اثرات شوک تغییرات اقلیم و هم چنین پیچیدگی اقتصادی، بر رشد اقتصادی با استفاده از مدل خود رگرسیون برداری پنلی است. در این تحقیق از داده های میانگین دما و شاخص پیچیدگی اقتصادی (ECI) که شاخصی از پیشرفت فن آوری هست، برای حوزه کشور های منا در دوره زمانی 1995 تا 2015 استفاده شده است. با بررسی تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس رشد اقتصادی مشخص شد تنها 5 درصد تغییرات رشد اقتصادی مربوط به تغییرات اقلیم می باشد. پس می توان گفت اثر تغییرات اقلیم بر رشد اقتصادی محدود است. اثرگذاری شوک تغییرات اقلیم (تغییرات دما) بر شاخص پیچیدگی اقتصادی با توجه به نتایج توابع واکنش ضربه ای، مشاهده شد که مثبت و معنادار می باشد.The Effects of Climate Change and Technology Improvements on Economic Growth in Selected Developing Countries
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effects of climate change shocks and economic complexity on economic growth, using the panel vector auto-regression model. In this research, the average temperature data and ECI (Economic Complexity Index), which is an indicator of technological progress (Mohammad Mahdi Ahmadian Divkhti et al., 2017), were used for MENA countries in 1995 to 2015. According to the analysis of variance decomposition of economic growth, we found that only 5% of changes in economic growth are related to climate change. So it can be resulted that the effect of climate change on economic growth is limited, but this effect is positive and significant. The effect of climate change shock (temperature changes) on the economic complexity index, according to the results of shock response functions is as follows: with the shock of temperature changes, the response of the economic complexity index is very high, positive and significant.
