چکیده
ومع تزاید الجرائم الإرهابیه، أدرکت الحکومات فی المجتمع الدولی أهمیه قمعها على المستوى العالمی. ولذلک فإن الجرائم الإرهابیه للتنظیم التکفیری، والتی تشکل طبیعتها تهدیدا للسلم والأمن الدولیین، تنطلق من مبدأ الجرائم الإرهابیه باعتبارها تهدیدا للسلم والأمن الدولیین. لقد تمکنت الأمم المتحده من القیام بدور فعال فی مکافحه الجرائم الإرهابیه بآلیاتها. ولکن بسبب عدم تعاون بعض الدول الأعضاء والدعم العلنی والخفی من بعض الأعضاء للجماعات الإرهابیه، لم تحقق هذه المنظمه نجاحا کبیرا فی مکافحه الجماعات الإرهابیه. لذلک، باعتبار أن السلوک الإجرامی للتکفیریین یجعل من الممکن الالتزام باختصاص المحکمه الجنائیه الدولیه، لکن للأسف فإن الظروف السائده داخل اختصاص المحکمه وموقفها ومنهجها تجاه السلوک الإرهابی للتکفیریین جعلت ومن الممکن ملاحقه مرتکبی الإرهاب والتعامل معهم، وهو ما دفع التکفیریین إلى مواصله ارتکاب سلوکهم العنیف فی المناطق الخاضعه للسیطره.Analysis of the mechanisms of the international community in combating the terrorist crimes of the Takfiri organization
With the increase in terrorist crimes, governments in the international community have realized the importance of suppressing them at the global level. Therefore, the terrorist crimes of the Takfiri organization, which by their nature constitute a threat to international peace and security, are based on the principle of terrorist crimes as a threat to international peace and security. The United Nations has been able to play an effective role in combating terrorist crimes with its mechanisms. However, due to the lack of cooperation of some member states and the overt and covert support of some members for terrorist groups, this organization has not achieved great success in combating terrorist groups. Therefore, considering that the criminal behavior of the Takfiris makes it possible to adhere to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, unfortunately the prevailing conditions within the jurisdiction of the court and its position and approach towards the terrorist behavior of the Takfiris have made it possible to prosecute and deal with the perpetrators of terrorism, which has prompted the Takfiris to continue committing their violent behavior in areas under control.
