چکیده
مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل شایستگی های اخلاقی-رفتاری مدیران در محیط های متلاطم صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. بدین منظور، روش هفت مرحله ای سندولوسکی و باروسو (2007) اتخاذ گردیده است. براین اساس، کلیه اسناد علمی یافت شده از سال 2009 تا 2024، به تعداد 257 سند علمی که در 7 پایگاه خارجی و 3 پایگاه داخلی یافت شدند مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند، این پایگاه ها شامل: گوگل اسکالر، اشپرینگر؛ امرالد؛ ساینس دارکت؛ پاب مد؛ سیج؛ نورمگز؛ ایرانداک؛ اس آی دی و نورمگز می باشند که جامعه پژوهش حاضر را شکل می دهند. درنهایت، 20 سند علمی پس از واکاوی عناوین، روش پژوهش و یافته ها، گزینش و تحلیل شد. تحلیل یافته ها با روش تحلیل تم انجام گرفته و به منظور کنترل کیفیت پژوهش از بازخوردهای خبرگان در گام های پژوهش استفاده شده است. علاوه بر این، از ابزار برنامه مهارت های ارزیابی حیاتی (CASP)، به منظور کنترل کیفیت اسناد علمی برگزیده جهت تجزیه وتحلیل و همچنین تامین کیفیت یافته های مطالعه حاضر استفاده گردید. براساس یافته ها، شایستگی های اخلاقی-رفتاری، ابعاد اقتصادی، زیست محیطی، امنیتی، فرهنگی، فردی، سازمانی، مدیریتی/ رهبری، حقوقی-قانونی، انسانی (بشر) و سیاسی-اجتماعی را که به طور کلی شامل 58 مضمون اولیه می باشند، در برمی گیرد.Ethical-behavioral competencies of Managers in turbulent environments (A metasynthesis study)
The present study aims to present a model of ethical-behavioral competencies in turbulent environments. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and meta-synthesis method. To this end, the seven-stage method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2007) was adopted. Based on this, all the scientific documents found from 2009 to 2024, including the scientific documents found in seven foreign databases and three domestic databases form the present research community. Finally, 20 scientific documents were selected and analyzed after reviewing their titles, research methods, and findings. The analysis of the findings was performed using thematic analysis, and expert feedback was used to control the research quality in the research stages. In addition, the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) tool was used to control the quality of the selected scientific documents for analysis and to ensure the quality of the present study's findings. According to the findings, ethical-behavioral competencies encompass economic, environmental, security, cultural, individual, organizational, and managerial/ leadership, legal, human, and political-social dimension, which generally include 58 primary themes.
