رابطه مؤلفه های مهم محیط فیزیکی اتاق درمان با نگرش مراجعان

چکیده
مقدمه: محیط و فرد از هم جدا نیستند و تأثیرات متقابل بر هم ایجاد می کنند. ویژگی های محیطی یک فضای ارائه دهنده ی خدمات سلامت روان می تواند بر احساسات، رفتارها و افکار مراجعان و متخصصین این خدمات تاثیر داشته باشند. ویژگی های محیط می توانند بر برداشت فرد و درنتیجه بر واکنش و رفتار او تأثیرگذارند. هدف: بررسی رابطه جنبه های محیط فیزیکی اتاق درمان و نگرش های مراجع نسبت به درمانگر شامل برداشت مراجع از محبوبیت درمانگر، درک مراجع از مهارت درمانگر و برداشت مراجع از قابل اعتماد بودن درمانگر می باشد. روش: پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسه ای و همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری، مراجعین به خدمات روان شناسی در تهران بودند که شامل ۶۶ نفر بوده و به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مقیاس ویژگی های فیزیکی و فرم کوتاه رتبه بندی مشاور بود. داده ها با روش همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t تک نمونه ای و مستقل تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: جنبه های محیط فیزیکی اتاق درمان برای مراجع با برداشت از محبوبیت درمانگر، درک مراجع از مهارت درمانگر و برداشت مراجع از قابل اعتماد بودن درمانگر رابطه مثبت معنادار داشته است. نتیجه گیری: عوامل فیزیکی اتاق درمان می توانند بر نگرش مراجع به درمانگر یا مشاور تاثیرگذار باشد، می توان برداشت نمود که برداشت مراجع از محیط فیزیکی، بر برداشت او از محبوبیت درمانگر اثرگذار بوده و مراجع با توجه به چیدمان محیط به درک بهتری از مهارت درمانگر و قابلیت اعتماد او می رسد. همچنین میزان دمای محیط به احساس امنیت و قابلیت اعتماد به درمانگر اثرگذار است. توجه به چینش و پاکیزگی محیط، نور و دما، تناسب دمای محیط می تواند مورد توجه کارفرمایان و درمانگران قرار گیرد.The relationship between the important components of the physical environment of the treatment room and the attitude of the clients
Introduction: The environment and the individual are not separated and mutually beneficial. The environmental characteristics of a space providing mental health services can affect the feelings, behaviors and thoughts of clients and specialists of these services. The characteristics of the environment can affect the perception of the individual and consequently affect his reaction and behavior . Purpose: To determine the relationship between the importance of the aspects of the physical environment of the treatment room for clients and the clients' attitudes towards the therapist the client's positive perception of the therapist, the client's perception of the therapist's skill and the client's perception of the therapist's reliability. Method: The research was causal-comparative and correlational. The statistical population was the clients of psychological services in Tehran, which included 66 people and were selected by available sampling method. The data collection tool was physical characteristics scale and consultant rating short form. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation method and independent one-sample t-test. Findings: The importance of the aspects of the physical environment of the treatment room for the client has a significant positive relationship with the client's positive perception of the therapist, the client's understanding of the therapist's skill, and the client's perception of the therapist's reliability. Conclusion: Physical factors of the therapy room can influence the attitude of the authorities to the therapist or counselor. It can be concluded that the client's perception of the physical environment has an effect on his perception of the therapist's popularity, and the client gets a better understanding of the therapist's skill and trustworthiness according to the layout of the environment. Also, the temperature of the environment affects the feeling of security and the ability to trust the therapist. Considering the layout and cleanliness of the environment , light and temperature and the fitness of the environment can be considered by employers and therapists .
